If you are living in Malaysia, you’re probably pretty much familiar with the way the Chinese classify things. There must always be balance on everything. They call it Ying and Yang. These element represent male and female, darkness and light and hot and cold

According to the Chinese everything in life have a Ying and Yang, even food. The food that we eat can be hot or cold element and so is our bodies.
